We built this because we wanted it for ourselves.

We are Hayat’s first members. Before we opened to anyone else, we ran the whole intake on ourselves: DEXA scans, full Quest panels, and baselines neither of us particularly enjoyed reading.

What we found is that most of what gets sold as insight is a number invented to look like progress. So we built the opposite. When our own tool cannot tell whether a change in your body is real or just a difference in how you were measured that morning, it says so. It says so about our own scans right now.

What you’re probably wondering.

Yes. Every compound we offer is prescribed by a licensed physician after a telehealth evaluation and dispensed through FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. Every Hayat protocol follows this pathway.

These therapies are generally well-tolerated when overseen by a physician. We start conservatively, monitor biomarkers and symptoms throughout, and adjust protocols as needed. Any therapy carries risk; your physician will discuss these in detail during your consultation.

Our launch formulary spans copper peptides (GHK-Cu facial serum and scalp solution), coenzymes (NAD+ injection and nasal spray), peptides (PT-141, oxytocin), amino acid derivatives (L-Carnitine), and prescription retinoids (compounded tretinoin). Each one is there for its evidence base in skin, metabolic, sexual, or cellular health. BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and Epitalon are joining the formulary soon. Your own protocol is built around your labs.

Your protocol is iterated every 90 days based on follow-up labs and how you feel. If we aren’t seeing meaningful change, we adjust. If adjustment doesn’t help, we’ll tell you. There is no long-term commitment.

Hayat is a self-pay concierge program; we don’t bill insurance. HSA/FSA accounts may be applicable depending on your plan. Pricing is transparent and flat.

The initial physician consultation is $395, and it includes a baseline blood panel. Founding members pay $145 through October 31, 2026 by applying their code at checkout. It is a real clinical conversation, not a sales call, and there is no obligation to continue afterward.
